William "Billy" Mullins was born November 11, 1963, and passed away June 11, 2025, at the age of 61.

He is survived by his daughter, Ashley Mullins; and sister, Kim Richard and husband Devin.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Sharon Mullins; son, Cody Mullins; and parents, Joe and Dorothy McDonald Mullins.

Family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, June 14, 2025, at Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. 4th Street, DeQuincy, Louisiana. Bro. Robert Marcantel will be officiating. Interment to follow at Mullins Cemetery, Rigmaiden Cemetery Road, DeQuincy, Louisiana.
