Teresa Diane Pound was born September 16, 1958, and passed away May 3, 2025, at the age of 66.

She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Rev. James Pound; children, Angela Garland and husband Douglas, and Bryan Pound and wife Stephanie; grandchildren, Ian Garland, Matthew Garland, Lauryn Garland and Adelina Pound; sister, Kari Price and husband Marvin; and mother-in-law, Janet Pound.

She is preceded in death by her parents, George Eugene and Etta Geraldine Autry Mills.

Family will receive friends from 5:30 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, May 8, 2025, at Gospel Tabernacle, 7880 Washington Blvd, Beaumont, Texas. A prayer service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, May 9, 2025, at Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. 4th Street, DeQuincy, Louisiana. Interment to follow at Riley Smith Memorial Park, DeQuincy, Louisiana.
