Rose Marie Deming was born August 4, 1964, and passed away June 7, 2026, at the age of 61.

Rose will be remembered for her beautiful smile, wonderful laugh, and the love she shared with everyone around her. She spent many years working in the oil field as a documentation specialist, earning the respect of colleagues through her dedication and attention to detail.

She found great joy in quilting, sewing, gardening flowers, and landscaping. One of her greatest pleasures was creating handmade costumes for her granddaughter, a reflection of her creativity and love. She also enjoyed photography, capturing precious moments with her family and preserving memories that will be cherished for years to come.

Above all, she treasured time spent with her family. Her warmth, kindness, creativity, and laughter touched many lives and will be lovingly remembered by all who knew her.

She is survived by her children, Christina Thibodeaux and fiancé Jay Shadowolf, James Thibodeaux, and Lisa Thibodeaux and husband Jose Euliser Duarte Garcia; grandchildren, Maiya Thibodeaux, Jeronmio Shadowolf, and Luna Shadowolf; siblings, Deborah Thibodeaux and husband Glenn, Ray Deming and wife Wanda, and Clint Deming; and numerous extended family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, David and Lucy Deming; and brother, Michael Deming.

A reception will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Smith Hall at Dorman-Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home in honor of Rose Deming, Friday, June 12, 2026.
