Ronald Dean Brinsfield, was born in Matador, Texas on February 18, 1953, and passed away February 4, 2026, at the age of 72.
He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Peggy Sue Toler Brinsfield; children, Shannon Robertson and wife Kimberly, Mike Brinsfield, Krystal Smith and husband Chris, and Brandi Primeaux and husband Kenneth; grandchildren, Kaden, Zachary, Skylar, Raelyn, Kaylee, Emilee, Haley, Allie, Marissa, Michael, Aaron, Courtney and husband Brandon, Chance, Kameron, and Colby; great grandchildren, Camden, Rayne, and Riven; siblings, Ann Toler and husband Jeff, and Billy Vahl and wife Annette; along with numerous other family members and loved ones.
He is preceded in death by his parents, George Washington Brinsfield and Betty Jean Allen; his brother, Delton Brinsfield, Sr.; and step-father, Clyde Bahl.
Pallbearers are Chris Smith, Kaden Smith, Zachary Smith, Delton Brinsfield III, Rusty, Ricky, Raelyn Smith, and Skylar Smith.
Funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m., February 10, 2026, at First Apostolic Church of Highlands, Texas, 1211 S Main St., Highlands, Texas. Interment to follow at Sterling-White Cemetery, 11011 Crosby Lynchburg Rd., Highlands, Texas.
