Roger Paul
Keen
Jul 20, 1959 — Sep 2, 2026
Roger Paul "Bubba" Keen was born on July 20, 1959, and passed away on September 2, 2026, at the age of 67.
Roger was a loving son, brother, uncle, and friend. His life was marked by a generous heart, a creative spirit, and a genuine kindness that touched the lives of everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
He had a special way of making people feel loved and valued. He was giving without hesitation, kind without expectation, and creative in ways that brought joy to those around him. He freely shared his time, his talents, and his heart with others, always looking for ways to help, encourage, and bless the people in his life.
Roger was a faithful member of Living Way Church and deeply committed to serving the Lord. His faith was not simply something he professed, it was something he lived. He faithfully served in the Kingdom of God, using the gifts and abilities the Lord had given him to serve others and bring glory to Christ.
Those who knew him will remember his loving heart, his creativity, his generosity, and his gentle kindness. They will remember the laughter, the conversations, the acts of service, and the many ways he made a difference in their lives. Though we grieve the loss of Roger, we are grateful for the life God gave him and for the countless lives he touched along the way. We take comfort in the promises of our faith and in knowing that his earthly service is complete. The man who so faithfully served his Lord and others is now in the presence of the Savior he loved.
Roger leaves behind more than memories. He leaves a legacy of love, kindness, generosity, creativity, and faithful service. His life was a blessing, his faith was a testimony, and the impact he made will continue in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his siblings, Mary Frances "Fran" Pitts and Jerry Michael Keen and wife Carol; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and many friends.
He is preceded in passing by his parents, John William & Mary Beeson Keen; siblings, Dwight Keen, John Keen, and Connie Keen McSpadden.
