Robert "Bob" Paul Stiltner a resident of Beaumont, Texas was born July 22, 1951 in Morgantown, West Virginia and passed away May 21, 2026, at the age of 74.
Bob was the kind of person who could light up a room without even trying. Known for his goofy sense of humor, quick wit, and larger-than-life personality, he made lasting impressions everywhere he went. Whether he was making someone laugh with a perfectly timed joke, sharing one of his many talents, or diving headfirst into one of his passions, he brought joy and authenticity to every moment.
With his 51 year career in Civil Engineering, Bob "The Builder" was incredibly smart and naturally gifted, but what people admired most was how personable and genuine he was. He had a way of making everyone feel welcome, valued, and understood. Friends, family, coworkers, and even strangers were drawn to his warmth, kindness, unmistakable sense of humor, and beautiful blue eyes.
A dedicated and hardworking man, he took pride in everything he did. No matter the task, he gave it his all and never hesitated to help others along the way. His giving heart and loving nature showed in countless quiet acts of generosity and support that will never be forgotten.
Above all, he loved deeply and lived fully. He created memories filled with laughter, comfort, and love that those closest to him will carry forever. To know him was to love him, and his presence left a mark that can never be replaced.
He is survived by his wife, Radonna Frederick; children, Alyssa Frederick, Jarrod Frederick and wife Leanna; and grandchildren, Jaxson Frederick, and Baylee Frederick; whom he loved dearly siblings, Nunzio Stiltner and wife Pixie, and Anne Marie Robinson and husband Joe Volzer; mother, MaryAnn Massullo; numerous nieces and nephews; and 5 aunts and uncles who help raise Bob.
