Marilyn Gail Presley, 67, of Kinder, Louisiana, was born on September 23, 1959, and passed away on October 21, 2026, in Lake Charles, Louisiana.

Marilyn enjoyed fishing, cooking, and spending time with her family. She embraced life and treasured the moments she shared with those she loved.

Those left to cherish her memory include her two sons, Phillip Smith and Hunter Manuel; her three grandchildren, Emma, Aubree, and Aiden Manuel; her siblings, Shelia (Pumpkin) Lejeune, Jerry (Melody) Duplichan, and Deborah (Arthur) Sharp; and a host of extended family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Julian Duplichan and Rena Mae Sonnier Duplichan; sisters, Carolyn Touchet and Vickie England; brothers, Michael Duplichan and Danny Duplichan.

Marilyn will be remembered for her love of family, her enjoyment of life, and the many cherished memories she leaves behind.
