Lorine Currie Henn, born August 17, 1935, in Trinity, Texas, passed away peacefully on July 31, 2025.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, William "Bill" Henn; her daughter, Blanche "Coots" Jones; her stepdaughter, Kerri Jo; her grandson, Brian Jones; her siblings, Sonny Currie, Johnnie Pearl Keel, Marvin Currie, and James Currie.

She is survived by her children Donald "Bubba" Redig and Shana Bretting; her son-in-law A.C. Jones; and her stepdaughter Quita. Her grandchildren include Shana Wells, Dayna Wynne, Jeremy Redig, and Rory Bretting. She also had four step-grandchildren-Ty, Quita Anne, Stevie, and Toni Rae -plus five great-grandchildren, eight great-step-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren. She cherished many nieces and nephews as well.

Lorine took joy in the simple, meaningful things in life. She kept her yard beautiful and took pride in its upkeep. She loved collecting Depression glass and had a deep and abiding faith in the Lord. Her kindness, grace, and warmth were felt by all who knew her.

Graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, August 22, 2025, at Earthman Resthaven Cemetery, Houston, Texas.
