Linda Kay Driskell born January 10th, 1952, to Robert and Geneva Driskell and passed away January 16th, 2026, peacefully in Reeves, Louisiana with her daughter, Erin at the age of 74.

Linda tended bar for many years in the Central area. She made many lifelong friendships, many referred to her as Little Linda. She also worked for several years and retired from Shapiro. She enjoyed listening to John Prine, cross word puzzles, and was a very good pool player, she played on many teams. She was loved by many and will be greatly missed.

Linda is survived and will be greatly missed by her daughter, Erin Fontenot; grandson, Zachary West; sisters, Jan (Ray) Bertsch of Illinois, JoAnn Driskell of  Montana, and Pam (Clark) Childress of Tennessee; brother-in-law, Gary Casper of  Florida; special friend of fifty years, Robin Stewart; son-in-law, Jody Fontenot; adopted granddaughter, Kimberly Fontenot; along many nieces and nephews.

Linda is proceeded in death by her parents; her son, Max Bailey; her sister, Carol Casper; her brother, Bob Driskell; and special friends, Racie Hummel and Dale Pollock; and so many others gone too soon.
