Jeanette S. Harrell was born June 7, 1951, and passed away October 8, 2025, at the age of 74.

She is survived by her children, Angela Harrell-Williams and husband Stanley, Donald Harrell, Sherri Tadlock and husband Quentin, Joseph Harrell Jr. and wife Elizabeth, and Jerald Harrell; grandchildren, Arianne Leonard and husband Nigel, Brianne Jones, Shaun Rice, Christian Rice, Corey Brown, Shaliya Brown, Anissa Harrell, Jerald Harrell Jr., and Uriah Harrell; great grandchildren, Elijah, Alaiya, Sa'Riah, and Jaydon; brother, Harry Sims; along with numerous other siblings, family members and friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph H. Harrell Sr.; parents, William Sims and Gloria Taylor Sims; and brother, William Sims.

Cremation was entrusted to Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. 4th Street, DeQuincy, Louisiana.
