James Thomas Macaulay was born January 20, 1938, and passed away April 10, 2025, at the age of 87.

He loved playing duecs wild and his favorite football teams were The San Francisco 49ers and The New York Giants. He enjoyed smoking cigarettes and drinking Coors Light. More than anything, he loved his family.

He is survived by his partner, Cheryl Bellon; children, Mark Macaulay and wife Shaun, Kelly Coker and partner Hans, Robert Bellon, and Jennifer Morris and husband James; grandchildren, Tyler Macaulay and wife RaeAnne, Kayla Churchill and husband Matt; great grandchildren, Charlotte Churchill, Camden Churchill, and Palmer Macaulay.

He is preceded in death by his son, Matt Macaulay; parents, Ward and Adeline Macaulay; sister, Judy Eley; and nephew, Jimmy Eley.

Cremation was entrusted to Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 517 Broad Street, Lake Charles, Louisiana.
