Henrietta Hollie Foster was born March 6, 1937, and passed away July 4, 2026, at the age of 89.

She was a lifelong member of First Pentecostal Church in Starks, Louisiana, where her faith remained an important part of her life. For many years, Henrietta faithfully served her community as a school bus driver in Starks, caring for generations of children with kindness and dedication.

Henrietta found joy in life's simple pleasures. She loved cooking for those she cared about, drinking coffee on the front porch, watching the birds, enjoying a good fish meal, and spending time with her beloved grandchildren. Above all else, she loved her family more than anything. Her love, warmth, and caring spirit will be remembered by all who knew her.

Henrietta's legacy of faith, service, and unconditional love will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and friends. She will be deeply missed and forever loved.

She is survived by her children, Jimmy Foster and wife Karen, David "Toad" Foster and wife Rose, Harold Foster, and Dean Foster; 11 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandchild; brother, Gary Hollie; along with numerous niece and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Sam Foster; son, Darren Foster; grandson, Kenny Foster; great granddaughter, Evelyn Foster; parents, Henry and Naomi Hollie; 1 sister; and 8 brothers.

Family will receive friends from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 8, 2026, with the funeral service being held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, July 9, 2026, at First Pentecostal Church, Starks, Louisiana. Interment to follow at Hyatt Cemetery, Fields, Louisiana.
