Fountain Ellis Settlemyer Jr. was born February 4, 1938, and passed away November 29, 2024, at the age of 86.

He is survived by his children, Tammy Stephens and husband James, Vivian Ginger Grigsby and husband Richard, Fountain Ellis Settlemyer III and wife Shonna, and David Settlemyer; grandchildren, Kristen, Brittany, Caitlin, Tara, Christopher, and Julia; 11 great grandchildren; and sister, Evelyn Bertrand.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Fountain Ellis Settlemyer Sr. and Clarice Davis Settlemyer; and sister, Mary Jo Boudreaux.

A service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, December 9, 2024, at Apostolic Temple, Lake Charles, Louisiana.

Another service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, January 4, 2024, at Pentecostals of Baytown, Baytown, Texas.
