Diana Shaver was born January 17, 1956, and passed away October 7, 2026, at the age of 70.

She loved spending time at Indian Lake, being surrounded by her family, and making memories with her grandchildren. Diana found joy in the simple things in life, quiet moments, time together, and the people she loved most.

Her family and grandchildren were her greatest treasures. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.

She is survived by her children, James Shaver Jr. and wife Sky, April Greer, and Joseph Shaver; grandchildren, Shambree Herrin, Demarcous Shaver, Lasha Herrin, Kyla Greer, Seth Bergeaux, Cameron Bergeaux, Mary Perkins, James Shaver III, and Janelle Shaver; great grandchildren, Kaden Bergeaux and Caleb Bergeaux; brothers, Russell Bergeaux and Thomas Bergeaux; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband, James Shaver Sr.; parents, Roy and Hannah Bergeaux; son, Wayne Bergeaux; and sisters, Jennifer Silva and Sandra Quibodeaux.

Cremation was entrusted to Dorman-Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home.
