Born on May 11, 1948 in Jacksonville, Texas, Diana lived a life rooted in faith, love, compassion, and devotion to family and friends. She was a faithful servant of God who touched the lives of many through kindness, strength, and unwavering love.

Diana found great joy in her children, grandchildren, great- grandchildren and all her family. Her animals as though they are her children. Her greatest blessing was the love shared with family and the comfort found in faith.

She is survived by her daughter, Melody Kay Yuengel, son, Marcus Gene Forson and wife Brenda, daughter, Shantell Marie Powitzky and husband Steven; her brother, Larry Forson and wife Cindy, sister Melody DeBose, brother, Michael Godwin and wife Sharon, brother, Tony Forson and wife LuAnn, sister, Karen Martinez and husband David; her grandchildren, Matthew Guy Forson and wife Amanda Cramer, Marc Ellis Forson and wife Hannah Forson, Makayla Yuengel and husband Bronson Bullock, Megan Gorman and husband Jesse Gorman, Jayden Husky, Jayce Husky and Jake Powitzky; great grandchildren, Kannon, Konan, Klaire, Kathryn, Kallum, Ellis, Franklin, Raelynn, Brennex, Jett, Kaden, Violeta, one more blessing to come in November; and as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Though our hearts grieve this earthly loss, we find peace knowing that "To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord."
