David Paul Henderson was born July 2, 1974, and passed away March 1, 2025, at the age of 50.

David enjoyed being a truck driver and a mechanic. He loved being outdoors, especially deer hunting. He loved his family dearly and will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his children, Darren Henderson, Shailyn Henderson, and Eagan James Henderson; parents, Danel P. Henderson and Barbara Henderson; siblings, Sherman G. Henderson, Jason Henderson, and Barbara Danelle Henderson; along with numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

Family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 5, 2025 at Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. 4th Street, DeQuincy, Louisiana. Graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, March 6, 2025, at Henderson Cemetery, 299 Hawsey Road, Epps, Louisiana. Rev. Trace Buxton will be officiating.
