Clarence Andrew "Andy" Storer, was of the Catholic faith and a proud graduate of McNeese State University, was born on January 23, 1957, in Kinder, Louisiana. He passed away peacefully on February 8, 2026, in Boyce, Louisiana at the age of 69.
Andy was known for his love of animals, raising rabbits, chickens, and ducks throughout his life. He always cultivated a beautiful garden, generously sharing its bounty with family and friends. A passionate outdoorsman, Andy enjoyed fishing and bird hunting, finding joy and relaxation in nature. For 42 years, he worked as an insurance adjuster in Alexandria, Natchitoches, and Opelousas.
His legacy of generosity, love for family, and appreciation for the simple pleasures of life will be remembered by all who knew him.
He is survived by six siblings: Cleta Perry, John Storer and wife Linda, Claire Storer, George Storer and wife Courtney, Ilene Nicklas and husband Jeff, and Bill Storer and wife Jackie. Uncle Andy loved his many nieces and nephews as his own children and cherished a host of extended family and friends.
Andy was preceded in death by his parents, Doctor and Mrs. John Storer, and his sister, Kathleen Bertrand.
