Carol Ann Stretton Edwards was born on June 6th, 1963, and passed away on, December 8th, 2024, at the age of 61.

Carol Ann was a light to whoever was around her. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved her coffee with friends and family. Carol had a wild side, and she lived every day like it was her last. Her love and light will be missed by everyone who had the opportunity to know and love her. Though she may be gone her love will live on through us forever.

She is survived by her mother, Francis Aline Turner; children, Ciera Edwards, Dylan Edwards & wife, Nicole, and William Edwards, Jr. & wife, Tori; step children, Chester J. Cormier, Jr. & wife, Alisha and Rodney Cormier & wife, Pam; grandchildren, Paisley, Wrenley, Jaxon, and one on the way; step grandchildren, Brittany, Tyler, Ashley, and Shane; siblings, Tommy Kemp & wife, Linda and Jessie Kemp & wife, Glenda.

She is preceded in passing by her husband, Chester J. Cormier, Sr. and her first husband and best friend William "Pinkney" Edwards, Sr; sisters, Judy Sawyer and Rebecca Herron; aunt, Betty Dodd.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the memorial service at 11:00 a.m., Friday, December 13, 2024, at Riley Smith & Sons, 315 N 14th Street, Kinder, Louisiana. Rev. Alfred Gibson will be officiating.
