Obituary

Bradley "Brad" Lanier was born February 2, 1985, and passed away September 6, 2025, at the age of 40.

Brad was a lifelong resident of DeQuincy, Louisiana. He spent his adult life with a career in the oil field where he met many friends that he became so close with. He was an avid sports fan; he made it known that he had a passionate love for the Dallas Cowboys. Brad was a man of style. He is preceded in death by his father, Clarence Morgan Swilley Jr.; and grandparents, Earl and Flossie Matthews and Clarence Swilley Sr.

Family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. 4th Street, DeQuincy, Louisiana.
